ALLEN R. GILBERTI, UFA '47 will be inducted into the Ithaca College Hall of Fame during the college's annual Homecoming Weekend October 26, 27. After college he became a graduate of the US Navy Officers Candidate School in Long Beach, CA. He became a teacher/coach at Whitesboro and began a career as a basketball official. After teaching at New Hartford he became Director of Training at Mohawk Airlines and later became Director of Training at Niagara Mohawk. He is involved in the community and is a co-founder of the Greater Utica Sports Hall of Fame.
