The Association was formed to raise funds to be used as scholarships for Utica City School District students and keep the UFA name alive through memorabilia.

In effectuating the foregoing purposes, only the income or other product of the Association's assets, and not the principal portion of the Association's assets, shall be used for scholarships although such principal portion may be used for the acquisition for memorabilia.
