UFA Class of 1963 - Plans are set for the 50th class reunion for August 2-3 at the Roselawn Banquet House in New York Mills. | UFA Class of 1968 is planning a 45th Class Reunion in 2013. This would include an informal gathering for Friday Sept. 27th and group activities for Saturday to precede a banquet celebration on Saturday night Sept. 28th. It's not too early to plan on attending our annual banquet Luncheon. We will again offer a sit-down selection of Roast Beef, Grilled Salmon or Turkey (cash bar will be available). Scholarships Fund |
| We mentioned last year that we received a surprise donation to our Scholarship Fund from the Estate of former UFA graduate Mary Stirling Kramer '40 of nearly $80,000. Our Board of Directors has decided to award three additional scholarships this year in the amount of $3,000.00 each, from this fund, to graduating seniors at Thomas R. Proctor High School. This has been co-ordinated by the "Utica Dollars for Scholars" program. This money will be used now, rather than combined with the Community Foundation fund. Our endowed scholarship fund administered by the Community Foundation, totaling nearly $155,000 will remain unchanged. We have awarded $42,850.00 in scholarships since 1996.
